THE BOARD OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION
The objectives of this Board shall be to plan and administer the entire Early Childhood
Education program of the Congregation, to determine policies, to select personnel for its
programs, and to provide the necessary means and facilities for such activities.
It shall be the duty of the Board to:
1. In conjunction with the Executive Committee, annually appoint and review a Preschool
Director who shall also serve as a non-voting member of the Board;
2. Establish objectives, select personnel, and review curriculums for its educational
activities;
3. Annually set tuition rates, and review salaries, benefits, and contracts of its personnel;
and
4. Administer all matters pertaining to church property in conjunction with the Board of
Trustees.
