Registration for the 2026-27 School Year

Sunday, January 25th —Registration opens for Church Members

Monday, January 26th —Registration opens for Current Families Attending

Monday, February 2nd   at 10:00am—Registration opens for New Families

All Families will need to fill out and return the Enrollment Form, pay the $100 Registration deposit and then will be invited to the Brightwheel communication app to finalize paperwork. The curriculum fee of $100 can be paid online through Brightwheel by May 1, 2026.

Rainforest Falls VBS 2026 Registration Update

Thank you for the incredible response to Rainforest Falls VBS 2026 at Timothy Lutheran Church! We are excited for an amazing week of learning, worship, games, crafts, music, and fun together.

At this time, VBS registration is officially closed. All available spots have been filled, and we currently have a very large waitlist.

Please note:

Submitting payment alone does not guarantee a registration spot.

Families must complete the registration form and receive a confirmation email from our VBS team in order to be considered fully registered.

Due to classroom capacities, volunteer ratios, safety guidelines, and pre-purchased supplies/materials, we are unable to accept additional registrations or walk-in participants on the first day of VBS.

While we truly wish we could accommodate every child, arriving Monday morning without a confirmed registration will not result in placement in the program.

If openings become available, families on the waitlist will be contacted directly in the order they were added.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to provide a safe, organized, and meaningful VBS experience for all children attending.
